Quality system

Evidence integrity, double-blind review and a deterministic report pipeline.

The platform's quality system is built in, not bolted on: originals are immutable, every custody event is timestamped, a second examiner works blind, and the report is assembled by rule.

Evidence integrity spine

No alteration goes unrecorded.

Each record carries the hash of the one before it. Exhibit, frame, finding, review and report form one chain, and the chain is verified continuously.

REV-18Double-blind review

Double-blind review · REV-18

Two examiners. One blind to the other.

Task-relevant information only until the finding is recorded. A second examiner works blind to the first; concordance is computed on structured findings, and discord opens adjudication. No case is finalised with open reviews.

Report pipeline · RPT-22 · RED-23 · DSC-24

A deterministic ten-stage assembly, never a free-writing engine.

Controlled-language conclusions with sentence-level trace. A lint gate checks the scale term and the likelihood-ratio band before release; the archival PDF is signed and timestamped.

Jurisdiction packs

Rule-prescribed declarations, stored verbatim.

Each pack holds the declarations a jurisdiction requires inside a criminal report, so the report pipeline inserts them unchanged: FRE 702 proponents in the United States, Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam provisions and e-Courts filing in India, FSR Code v2 compliance declarations in the United Kingdom.

Questions

Frequently asked

What is a validation-grade (VG) module?

A validation-grade module runs a versioned, validated method whose outputs may be cited in a signed report. Research-grade (RG) modules produce investigative leads only and never enter a signed report.

How does double-blind review work in TrueDocX?

A second examiner records findings without seeing the first examiner's result, using task-relevant information only. Concordance is computed on structured findings; any discord opens adjudication before the case can be finalised.

How is evidence integrity proven in court?

Originals are immutable on WORM storage, every custody event and report carries an RFC 3161 timestamp, and each record carries the hash of the one before it. Every conclusion sentence resolves to a finding, a method version, an evidence hash and a reviewer.

Does TrueDocX decide whether a document is forged?

No. TrueDocX is a decision-support platform for examiners. Tamper localisers output heatmap and confidence artifacts only; the platform never displays a forged yes/no verdict and makes no claim of automating expert opinion.

Can it run without internet access?

Yes. The Air-Gapped edition is tenant-hosted with zero egress and full parity: identical signed methods and identical hashes to the SaaS and On-Premises editions.
